Outdoor has covered dining with lounge area, flat screen tv and a built in gas bbq grill is ready for your poolside barbecue to begin!

Wonderful!
We had a fabulous stay at Three Palms. The house is immaculate, comfortable, fully stocked and in a great location! We spent almost the entire time outdoors by the dining area, living area, pool and beautiful dock. Saw some amazing sunsets. You won’t want to leave!

Great Company
Dave and Steve take pride in running Fort Lauderdale Stays. If you have a problem, their response is immediate, they will take care of it. Leo is the genius in the maintenance of all of their houses. Ryan is the pool dude and fixes anything related to the pool. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. We rent from many different companies, but Fort Lauderdale Stays is the best by far.

Top-Notch Property and Property Management!
Well-maintained and appointed property in convenient and quiet Coral Shores neighborhood. We especially enjoyed watching the four iguanas that lived in the trees next to the pool and would come down each morning.

Perfect!
This house was prefect for our family of four. Morning coffee on the dock was just as beautiful as sunsets from the jacuzzi. This place had everything we needed for a week of relaxation. The beach was a short drive, and the area was full of amenities. After a long day out, it was nice to go home to a comfortable bed! (even my kids slept later than normal and I think it’s because the beds were so comfortable!) Communication was very easy and I appreciated that. Not only would I return, but I’d look for other properties hosted by David.

This was the 4th property that I have stayed at with Fort Lauderdale Stays over the years. As usual, it was amazing. For this reason, we do not consider any other properties each time we visit. David & Steve know how to do it up right. The house was immaculate and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood, canal, amenities..
Absolutely everything was perfect. Everything you could possibly need is there....they think of everything! Class Act!!!! We cannot wait for our next visit to stay at one of their other amazing properties!

Wonderful Place!
What a wonderful place. Clean, comfortable, convenient. The pool is so nice and the pool area is magnificent - so relaxing and such a wonderful view of the waterway. And you can view the pool area from the entire home. There are TVs in each bedroom, the living area, and in the pool area (all with cable/streaming apps). The kitchen has everything you need and more. Plentiful towels, so much storage space, nice appliances. Location is convenient too - a 5 minute drive from a Publix, Target, etc., less than 10 minutes to the beach, and 15 minutes to Las Olas. David was very responsive to communication as well, both before and during the trip. Kinda wish there were more than 5 stars to give. This is really a great place to stay. We will be back for sure!

I am very impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail and kindness of Ft. Lauderdale Stays. We are unexpectedly in town and the house we are staying in is amazing. We were told that we are the first guests and I can confirm everything is new and sparkling. The home is immaculate, the property is well maintained, the beds are very comfortable. We couldn't ask for more and this honestly exceeds all expectations. For once the reality is better than the photos! The home is directly on the water with fantastic sun and a beautiful pool. David and Steve are extremely accommodating and very quick to respond. Overall a fantastic experience! Thank you, Ft. Lauderdale Stays!
