What is your refund policy should we have to cancel?
If a reservation is canceled 60 days or more prior to your arrival date a full refund is given, minus a $250.00 cancellation charge.
If a reservation is canceled 60 days or less prior to your arrival date no refund is given.
We highly recommend that our guests purchase trip insurance through our CSA Travel Protection Plan (PDF), which is an option that can be selected when booking online.
Can we check in early or check out late?
Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Should you wish for an earlier or late check-out we would not be able to approve until 48 hours prior as it mostly depends on our housekeeping schedule and the new guest arriving or past guest departing times.
If early check-out or late check-out is approved, a $25.00 per hour charge does apply.
Do you allow pets?
Most of our homes allow for small well-behaved pets. There is a $150.00 fee per pet that will be added. View our Pet-Friendly Properties.
Our condos do not allow pets of any kind.
How far away from Fort Lauderdale’s public beach is the property?
Most of our vacation homes are within 5 miles of Fort Lauderdale Beach, our condos are just 1 block away from the beach!
Do you supply pool/ beach towels for our use?
Yes, we supply quality Land’s End pool/beach towels for your use, as well as a cooler and travel beach chairs.
Do you supply a pack play and highchair?
Yes, we do supply you with a highchair and Pack ‘n Play on request, at no additional charge.
Is the pool area fenced in and private?
If your vacation home is not on a waterway, then they are completely private and fenced in on all sides. If the vacation home is on a waterway, the home is semiprivate and is fenced in on the sides of the home.
Are the swimming pools heated?
Yes, all of our pools are heated to 88 degrees.
Is there pool-cleaning service during our stay?
Yes, the pools are cleaned 2 times per week and you do not need to be home during this service.
Do you offer housekeeping during our stay?
Should you want house cleaning during your visit please arrange this directly with our office to schedule and go over the rate.
Can we have an event/ party at the property?
We do not allow any events or parties of any kind at any of our properties.
How far is the property from Fort Lauderdale’s airport?
Most of the properties are within 10 miles of the Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
How far away is Miami from the property?
Miami is about 30 miles from our properties.
Will someone be meeting us at check in?
Our homes are all on a keyless entry system, so it is a self-check-in. Should you require us to meet you, please let us know in advance.
Is there someone nearby we can contact if we encounter an issue during our stay?
Yes, our staff is available and close by to you should you need us during your stay for issues.
