Thank you for choosing Fort Lauderdale Stays! We offer the best location and amenities in the area. We want you to be prepared for your time at one of our gorgeous Fort Lauderdale vacation properties, so please be sure to review the following important information before arriving:
- Check-in time is 4 p.m.
- Check-out time is 10 a.m.
- Early and late check-in and check-out times are available for $25 per hour.
- We have a 30-day cancellation policy, cancellations before 30 days will get a full refund. Cancellations 14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations within 14 days of arrival date.
- We encourage all guests to purchase trip cancellation insurance (PDF) at the time of booking.
- Most of our properties allow pets. We charge a $150 fee per approved pet.
- We allow a maximum of two guests per bed.
- Most homes have a 4-night minimum stay unless otherwise approved by management.
- All guests receive a personal door code created for that specific reservation.
- Guests should download our free Fort Lauderdale Stays app. It’s filled with helpful information regarding your stay, things to do in Fort Lauderdale, and your rental.
