This three bedroom, two bath home located in Fort Lauderdale's Poinsettia Heights neighborhood is close to beaches, shopping, dining, and nightlife! Tasteful decor throughout and is equipped with cozy family room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, ample lounging areas, a workstation and high-speed WIFI throughout. The primary king bedroom has ensuite and outdoor access. The two guest bedrooms, one king and one queen share a full bath and all bedrooms have smart TV's. Amazing as always!!
Dave and Steve literally NEVER disappoint. From the meticulousness of every detail to their top tier customer service, they take care of EVERYTHING. I’ve stayed in A LOT of rentals and they are consistently ABOVE the rest. I just wish they had MORE houses because they stay booked!!! 😂😭

Top Notch!
I recently had the pleasure of vacationing for a month at Pelican Landing. The house was in a lovely neighborhood, very clean and well appointed. The pool area, patio, and grill were great. All in all, a perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation. This was my 6th stay over the past 8 years with Fort Lauderdale Stays. They are top notch in service and comfortable properties.

Everything you need and then some!
This is a fabulous home with everything you might need—an immaculate house with the feel of a high-priced hotel. The difference, I believe, is that a superb rental company runs it. You arrive to light jazz music playing and all the lights on as if you are their only client. When I say everything that you need, I mean everything. The saltwater pool has toys, multiple lounge chairs, and a huge grill. The kitchen is beyond well-appointed for any chef. Fresh Starbucks coffee or an electric teapot and French press await you at the coffee bar—soaps and toiletries in the bathroom and even detergent for your laundry. I'm used to bringing most of that myself. Lastly, something that I have never seen natural live plants. Most properties just can't do that. You won't be disappointed. We plan on coming back.

Amazing Pool!
Our family had an incredible stay at this property! The highlight for us was definitely the amazing pool—it was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The surrounding landscaping added a touch of paradise, making our mornings and evenings truly serene. The house itself was very tidy and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, perfectly accommodating our family. Additionally, the location was ideal, being just a 10-15 minute drive from both the beach and a variety of great restaurants. This made our outings to explore the local cuisine and seaside very convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this property to any family looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

Highly Recommend!
We have stayed in Ft. Lauderdale several times with our 2 kids over the past 8 years and this by far has been our favorite Airbnb to stay at. David had every ammenitiy possible and a couple of personal touches that made our stay very memoriable. The heated pool, beach chairs, comfortable beds and ideal location were pleasant surprises. We spent a lot of time in the backyard that allowed plenty of room to relax while the kids enjoyed the pool. Highly recommend.

Amazing Getaway!
This house was great. The pool was amazing! The interior was extremely nice and very beautiful. We went to several restaurants that were recommended at the house on this screen. Super good places were recommend. Very clean house. Definitely a great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale.

Spectacular!!
This home is spectacular from the moment you walk inside, the decor is very warm and inviting. Top of the line furnishings, multiple tvs through out the house, an awesome outside screened in entertainment area with tv, chairs great place to gather play board games or dine al fresco. Outside area is fabulous to relax by pool, nice lounge chairs and even can play corn hole, beach chairs are availble for all guests, gas grill outside makes it great to Bbq. Location location location close to the beach, Los Olas Blvd restaurants, shopping all close by. Kitchen is chefs dream state of the art appliances everything you need to entertain. The host was fantastic to deal with as well i would highly recommend this home to all my friends, cant wait to come back to Pelican Landing.

Fabulous Stay!!
David and Steve from Fort Lauderdale Stays have another home run property on their hands! Pelican Landing was just fantastic! Being one of the first guests in the newly renovated and listed property was just what our family was looking for. The few questions we had once we arrived David was quick to respond and answer. The backyard tropical pool area was even better than the photos! We spent most of our time back there and grilling on the new Weber gas grill. Coffee on the screened in porch every morning watching the news was amazing! We never made it to the beach but we saw all the beach chairs and cooler provided. All new beds in the primary and first guest bedroom made for comfortable and great sleeping! The neighborhood is extremely peaceful. Whole Foods, Publix and Trader Joes all 5 minutes away. This location is awesome and we cant recommend a stay here enough! Cant wait to return.
