This 2,500 sq ft vacation home has a spacious open living, kitchen and dining area with lots of natural light, pool, and backyard views. It is equipped with a smart TV, modern eclectic art, dining for six with an open airy kitchen/breakfast bar, wine refrigerator, modern kitchen gadgets and appliances. The master California king suite has a smart tv, desk, sitting area with large closet space and a luxurious ensuite with double walk-in rain showers, a stand-alone sunken tub and double vanity. There is also access to an outdoor shower and pool. The guest California king suite has a sitting area, closet, its own kitchenette and entrance. The ensuite also has a walk-in rain shower with pool access. If you must work while on vacation there is an open office with pool views, comfy sofa, smart tv and can be closed off for privacy.
Outdoors, a tropical private oasis awaits. Spend the day or evening lounging poolside in the heated saltwater pool with water features. The pool area gets full sun. Grill in the outdoor kitchen where there is bar seating great for conversing or entertaining. There is outdoor dining for six.

Fantastic!
The house was fantastic! Clean, modern, pretty, pool was so nice and warm! 10 minute drive to the beach. The Bakery Bar was a 2 minute drive and had the best coffee. Staying at David’s place was perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend.

Incredible Property!
My wife and I just returned from modern Paradise rental for a week. It is absolutely the best property we have rented from Florida Stays or anywhere else ever. All three properties we’ve been at so far have been immaculate. They have everything you need. All you need is a toothbrush and a bathing suit. Modern Paradise is truly the most modern property you could ask for from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the outside amenities, and the pool. Just an incredible stay. Thank you David, Steven, and Leo for providing this incredible property.

Enjoyable Stay At Modern Paradise!
First impressions when I arrived at the property was that it was more stunning in person than the photos I would look at online. Every minute spent there was relaxing from inside the house to outside by the pool and it's surroundings. House was well thought out in every detail. Hope to go back there when it's available.

The Home is Stunning!
The home is simply stunning. The photos don’t do it justice. This is our 2nd time renting this place. It appears to be brand new. Huge rooms, very contemporary, soaring ceilings, open floor plan w/ giant island overlooking a gorgeous pool and grounds. Indoor kitchen fully stocked with any pots, pans, utensils, etc, you need to cook. There’s even an outdoor kitchen w/ granite counters, island and wet bar. Primary Suite and bath are huge. The place was spotless. The general manager was extremely responsive if we had question. Great location. Easy walk to Wilton Drive with all the bars and restaurants. We really didn’t need a car except we were visiting family in Miami. We’ll be back next year.

Nicest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in
Without a doubt the nicest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. The house looks even better than the pictures. From the integrated full house Sonos system to the relaxing pool and patio area, this property is perfect. David was a great host - he was very responsive and accommodating with anything that we needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The Name Says it All!
We had a wonderful 4 week stay in Modern Luxury. The name says it all. The house is beautiful, well appointed, in a quiet location. Did I mention the pool was wonderful? Everything you need for a wonderful vacation. This is the second time we have rented from Fort Lauderdale Stays. David and Steve have excellent attention to detail, high standards for the homes they rent, and are professional and nice to deal with. You can not go wrong. We will be back next year!

Perfect Paradise
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay Modern Paradise during Jan/Feb 2022. The home is truly spectacular. The pool and outdoor area is amazing with heated pool, outdoor grilling area, fruit trees, outdoor shower. Totally private yet convenient to the shopping/dining of Wilton Drive. The home is beautifully furnished and the kitchen will satisfy your inner Martha Stewart! The friendly neighborhood is ideal for dog walking. This was my first time renting from Steve and David and I will be returning next year!

A Wonderful New Years
This house was exquisite. Modern, new construction, and beautifully decorated. I liked the configuration of the two bedroom suites. They are located at opposite ends of the house which afforded plenty of privacy. I also greatly appreciated the close proximity to the center of Wilton Manors Drive. We did not have to drive to dinner or to make a quick grocery run. I would definitely stay again.
