Extraordinary architecture meets the tropical outdoors of South Florida!  This 2,500 sq ft vacation home has a spacious open living, kitchen and dining area with lots of natural light, pool, and backyard views.  It is equipped with a smart TV, modern eclectic art, dining for six with an open airy kitchen/breakfast bar, wine refrigerator, modern kitchen gadgets and appliances.    The master California king suite has a smart tv, desk, sitting area with large closet space and a luxurious ensuite with double walk-in rain showers, a stand-alone sunken tub and double vanity.  There is also access to an outdoor shower and pool.  The guest California king suite has a sitting area, closet, its own kitchenette and entrance.  The ensuite also has a walk-in rain shower with pool access. If you must work while on vacation there is an open office with pool views, comfy sofa, smart tv and can be closed off for privacy.

Outdoors, a tropical private oasis awaits.  Spend the day or evening lounging poolside in the heated saltwater pool with water features.  The pool area gets full sun.  Grill in the outdoor kitchen where there is bar seating great for conversing or entertaining.  There is outdoor dining for six.

Perfect Paradise
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay Modern Paradise during Jan/Feb 2022. The home is truly spectacular. The pool and outdoor area is amazing with heated pool, outdoor grilling area, fruit trees, outdoor shower. Totally private yet convenient to the shopping/dining of Wilton Drive. The home is beautifully furnished and the kitchen will satisfy your inner Martha Stewart! The friendly neighborhood is ideal for dog walking. This was my first time renting from Steve and David and I will be returning next year!

A Wonderful New Years
This house was exquisite. Modern, new construction, and beautifully decorated. I liked the configuration of the two bedroom suites. They are located at opposite ends of the house which afforded plenty of privacy. I also greatly appreciated the close proximity to the center of Wilton Manors Drive. We did not have to drive to dinner or to make a quick grocery run. I would definitely stay again.
