Very Nice Home and Well Equipped Kitchen!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a clean, comfortable home with an open floor plan, lovely garden, including a covered outdoor eating area, lots of places to sit both inside and outside, to relax. It also features a very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Management was very responsive to our questions or comments during our stay even over the Christmas holidays! Thank you!

Lovely Home!
Perfect get away!! Excellent service - if something needed response time quick! Beautiful home, well appointed with ample seating areas inside and out. Love the tropical feel/view and easy access to the canal and kayaking! Definitely would’ve enjoyed staying another week or two. Great kitchen fully stocked with everything, your heart desires , Gas stove top -coming from Chicago we appreciate that- and plenty of space for baking/cooking. The neighbors were extremely friendly, and this location is close to everything fabulous! Definitely recommend!!

Amazing Vacation!
The Floridian Airbnb was an amazing vacation! Super peaceful with a heated pool and right on the water. Very clean and fully stocked, we used the ninja blender every day! very upscale Airbnb with great hosts. Would recommend to anyone

We couldn’t ask for a better host or a nicer place to enjoy a week of relaxation.
We arrived to a fully-lit and welcoming home with a kitchen that was stocked to the max for cooking and entertaining, a gas stove, and a great grill out on the patio built right into the bar with an awesome Bluetooth sound system. The pool, like everything else in the house, was sparkling clean and exceptionally well maintained. All the appliances are like new and everything works perfectly. We even enjoyed the kayak a few times and that was nice. David responded instantly to any questions we had and was always gracious and helpful. We couldn’t ask for a better host or a nicer place to enjoy a week of relaxation.

Beyond great place
This house and the management are as close to perfect as you can get. The house is amazing. Love the pool, the canal view, the different hang-out spots outside, the fact that everything works and everything is so well kept and taken care of. I have to congratulate the hosts, management, maintenance and cleaning crew on being able to keep a gorgeous home in great condition month after month and year after year of being rented out numerous times and to countless people. We are looking forward to renting from Fort Lauderdale Stays again. This was our second time using them to book our vacation spot and they do NOT disappoint! Anybody staying at The Floridian will be very happy and impressed with this overall wonderful house. The house is definitely home away from home.

Everything We Wanted and More!
This home is everything we wanted and more for our getaway! The home location is in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to downtown Wilton manors and Ft Lauderdale. We found lots of great coffee shops and restaurants near by. Check in was easy. We downloaded the additional app recommended and it was helpful with extra info on the area and the home. When we arrived we immediately felt welcomed - the AC and lights were on, and there was music playing which was a great touch! The home is everythinggg. Everything you could ever need is here. The set up of the home has a great flow. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of extra linens. The kitchen is well stocked and the cookware/glasses etc are all in great condition. They have beach chairs and coolers as well (although we didn’t need this as we stayed at the house mostly!). The organization in this home is next level. Honestly the organization made me happy in itself and everything was easy to find. The outdoor space is a dream. We found ourselves just floating in the pool everyday (they have pool floats available). It’s the perfect combination of shady and sunny spots. We enjoyed just sitting outside listening to the water flow and getting use to/watching the iguanas/birds on the dock. We recommend this home, we would definitely book again again in the future! read less

Did not Disappoint!
We had high hopes for The Floridian based on the photos and reviews and it did not disappoint! We arrived on a very late flight and our gracious host David left the lights and some relaxing music on for us. As everyone else has said, the home itself is fantastic. More than enough room for my wife and I - would have easily accommodated a group of 4-5 people. Nice lighting and furniture throughout. The bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable and quiet. We made many meals in the beautiful modern kitchen, and appreciated how well stocked it was with cookware and utensils. The star of the show is the backyard. First there's the wonderful outdoor dining room - nicely lit and decorated, perfect for enjoying sunny breakfasts and lunches and starry dinners. Then there's the area facing the canal with dockside chaises and bar area - we enjoyed relaxing in this area. And last but not least, there's the pool - a good size, heated perfectly for the (slightly) cooler winter nights, surrounded by a nice outdoor furniture set and beautifully landscaped and lit for the evening. The house is located on the northwestern edge of the city of Wilton Manors. A 5-6 minute walk over the canal will bring you to a Publix, Walgreens, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and other useful shops in the neighboring town of Oakland Park. Downtown Wilton Manors is about 1 mile away, and gorgeous Ft. Lauderdale beaches are maybe 15 min drive. The Ft. Lauderdale Stays team are clearly one of the premier property managers in this area and I can't recommend them, and The Floridian, highly enough!
