The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with ultra private backyard surrounded by tropical foliage. Furnished in a midcentury modern style and is sparkling clean with lots of natural light. The newly updated kitchen is a cook's dream and is fully stocked with everything you will need! The master suite has a comfortable pillow top king bed, nice closet with storage and beautiful spa-like en suite bath. The other two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and share a new modern bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms have thin wall mounted TVs. The living room also has a new smart television and is open to the dining area that seats six comfortably. Then there is the sun-drenched sunroom overlooking the pool and tropical backyard, great spaces throughout to relax, enjoy a book or sip on a glass of wine with friends. Live like a local at Casa del Sol!!!

Fort Lauderdale Stays has been a pleasure to work with showing us the choices of homes to rent for the last 2 years with our 60 lb. Labradoodle, each with heated pools. David and Steve have been in each property they offer and know the particulars of the home and the neighborhoods. Each house is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, clean linens, washer/dryer, First Aid kit, and a binder with everything to know about the particular rental, including schedules for contractors (landscaping, pool, etc. ) They are always available by phone and their payment and cancellation policies are fair and reassuring. We recommend Fort Lauderdale Stays highly.

Amazing!
My words can’t express the Amazing experience here at this beautiful home inside a beautiful neighborhood and the proximity to so many beautiful beaches was just amazing. Hands down best experience ever ! My first time in Florida and it was more than I could dream . The heated pool with the sound of the over flowing waterfall coming from the hot tub was amazing at night . And the beautiful backyard with tropical feel trees made for amazing privacy if you know what I mean lol . The beds were very comfortable and soft . The shed had so many pool toys to have fun. All the beach equipment and towels for a day at the beach literally had everything you would need. It was such a romantic fairy tale feel and just perfect for me and my fiancé Shawna .. We loved everything about everything!!!

2nd Stay at Casa Del Sol!
This was second time staying at the Casa del Sol property and my third time staying at a Fort Lauderdale Stays property and can’t say enough good things about each of my stays! This property is such a great option for someone looking for an amazing and private house in a wonderful and peaceful neighborhood. It is very close to all the good restaurants and nightlife of Wilton Manors. It is also a very quick drive to many of the spectacular beaches of the area. The house styled in a very updated mid century style and has a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk through the door. The beds are very comfortable in each of the rooms. The fully stocked kitchen made the option of having a meal at home versus going out a very easy one. Finally, the back yard is everything you could want in a Florida vacation! The big heated pool with overflow hot tub was always set to a fantastic temperature and gets lots of sun throughout the day. The lush setting makes the back yard extremely private and makes you feel like your swimming in a tropical jungle. There is a shed in the back yard with plenty of pool toys. The shed also has everything you need for a trip to the beach with multiple chairs, and umbrella, and a rolling cooler! It’s safe to say anyone staying at Casa del Sol will have the vacation they need! I will definitely be back at this property in the future but if it’s not available then I will be staying at another one of the many Fort Lauderdale Stays properties!
