Tucked away on the "Wisteria Lane" of Wilton Manors and a most desired street sits the fabulous Beverly Wilton. Florida living meets Southern Charm and has a little something for everyone in this spacious two-story three bed 3.5 plantation style home. A lovely formal living/dining room welcomes you as you pass on to the open kitchen with a breakfast bar, more dining, and a large family room with smart TV with a pool and tropical backyard views. Also, downstairs is the master king bedroom with smart TV, walk-in closet, washer/dryer and ensuite with spa bath. There is also direct pool access. Upstairs is a fun place. A large game room with a pool table, cozy plush couch, large smart tv, a desk/workstation and laundry room. Guest rooms feature a king bed with large smart TV and ensuite and a queen bedroom with an adjoining bath. If the pool is not your thing, go back downstairs to the ping pong room or relax in the lush tropical backyards. The side yard is a great place to read and relax or maybe just nap in the hammock. Try yoga in the grass. The main tropical backyard highlights a large, heated pool, sun loungers, swing chairs with lots of foliage, a gas grill, and dining for 8. Just a 5 min walk to famous Wilton Drive. Don't wait as the word is out of "Wisteria" The Beverly Wilton is the place to be for that perfect vacation spot!

Beautiful!
My family and I have stayed at David’s properties many times and the quality is always excellent. The Beverly Wilton was even better than the photos- it’s very spacious, well appointed and on a beautiful street. Highly recommend.

First Class!
This place is first class all the way, very clean, great location, everything about this home was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and the private area around the pool. Pool was cleaned twice per week, not that it needed it. The home had everything that we needed for the 9 day stay.

Modern and Peaceful!
Well situated, modern and peaceful. The pool is spectacular, ample patio for sun bathing and the two game rooms make staying in just as fun as going out. Highly recommend this location. We will book this location again.

"Among the Best"
As someone who has stayed in a number of different Fort Lauderdale Stays properties, this house might be among the best of them. The house is so tastefully decorated from the moment you walk in the front door. You get a very welcoming and homy feel, which is exactly what I look for in a vacation rental. There is plenty of space with all the hang out areas (inside and outside) whether you are a solo visitor or a family. The best are super comfortable with a bathroom dedicated to each one. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook when you don’t feel like going out to eat. The back yard is lush and private, and the pool is always the perfect temperature! The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque with the Spanish moss hanging from the trees, but is also a short 5 minute walk to Wilton Drive with all its nightlife and restaurants. I definitely recommend this house to would be travelers and I intend on staying here again in the future!

Beautiful!!!
The house is beautiful, the bedding, the furnishings and the pool all are so well done. We definitely would highly recommend and will stay again. Very convenient to Wilton Dr and in a VERY safe, upscale neighborhood.

"Beautiful Street"
This was the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The neighborhood was perfect. Quiet but close enough to everything. One of the most beautiful streets I’ve ever seen! Do yourself a favor and stay here.
