Comfortable and Clean!
The Beach Bunny was a great home for our family vacation. A beautiful home. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean, everything is well kept and in good working order, in and outside. It is obvious they care about the home and want to provide a pleasant guest experience. We certainly appreciated all the extras in the kitchen, baths and laundry. There were ample towels and blankets for 5 guests without having to do laundry just for taking showers, always appreciated when you are on vacation! We are beach bums and were so excited to see you provided quality beach chairs, cart and umbrellas. It was so nice not to have to sit in a rusty chair or have the added expense of buying or renting for the week. That may sound like a small thing but it’s the small things that make it special and easy to appreciate. David was always great with immediate responses and even managed to get us an early check in with late notice. He is a friendly and professional host. Thanks David!

Beautiful!
The property was beautiful. The back yard is incredible including the back deck. The house is well organized, beautifully furnished and it even had extras. Use of beach items was a bonus, including towels. We will definitely be back.

I have stayed in many properties in Fort Lauderdale but this was by far the best I have ever stayed in, from the interior to the exterior everything far exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends and would happily return Don & Ann

Wonderful!
David's place is wonderful. We had an extended family trip and this place was perfect to accomodate everyone. It had so many amenities and also was so close to the beach and many wonderful areas to walk around. We loved all of the different outdoor spaces and being able to walk to see the bunnies in the area. David was also very helpful leading up to the trip with quick responses to my questions. The digital board in the home was also incredibly helpful for local recommendations and for reminders for the home and area. We have already discussed returning and shared the location with friends!

Girls' Trip!
The house was beautiful and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were so nice and there was a covered porch area which was perfect for when it rained. It was listed as a short walk to the beach, but it was more like a 20-30 minute walk. Thanks for the nice stay!

2nd Stay!
David is an amazing host, we reached out to him on two different occasions, and he walked us through what had to be done. The Home, the grounds, everything was absolutely perfect. This is our 2nd time at his home, and we hope to come back next summer. Our girls love the neighborhood with all the bunnies, and being so close to everything that what makes this place a gem! Exceeded Expectations!
Dave and Fort Lauderdale Stays helped make our vacation a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Our house exceeded expectations and is even nicer then the pictures online show.
