The best way to enjoy eating out while social distancing is by going to a business with outdoor seating. You can breathe a sigh of relief (and a breath of fresh air) knowing that you’re safer outside and at a distance from others. Plus, some of our favorite outdoor dining spots have patios overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway or beaches. Dining al fresco in Fort Lauderdale is always a good move!

What Should I Know About Fort Lauderdale Beaches During the Pandemic?

The beaches are open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. You should know that masks are required when in groups of people who don’t all live in the same household. Although, you can take them off for activities like exercising, surfing, swimming, or playing sports. Just make sure that you don’t bring a group of more than 10 people unless your event follows the COVID-19 Comprehensive Emergency Order.
