A family room with smart tv and dining for six, a well-stocked kitchen complete with breakfast bar, dining for four, and wine fridge. The master king bedroom has smart tv, plenty of closet space, and an ensuite. Two queen bedrooms have smart TVs and share a full bath in the hall. Outside are where a happy daze are made, with a heated pool that gets full sun and covered and uncovered lounge areas, a beautiful outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill, and dining for six. Lovely Stay!
We had such a lovely stay. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. The backyard was gorgeous. The pool and outdoor kitchen area were perfect. Our pets loved it too! To top it off, so many restaurants are within walking distance! Lovely place. Would definitely stay there again.

Outdoor Oasis Indeed!
Our stay at Happy Daze was perfect. Our stay was in August 2024, all the online photos reflect an accurate visual of the property as well as the description. A few highlights for us included: 1) First Impressions do matter, upon arrival (after 7pm) the property was so welcoming, lighting on throughout the house and beautiful Jazz music playing and the decor is vibrant and fun. 2) Virtual Concierge is awesome, providing property detail reminders as well as local dinning recommendations and other points of interest 3) Spotless property, very clean throughout and pool was crystal clear. All linens were clean and easily accessible. A/C was set to perfect temperature 4) Safe neighborhood and plenty of parking. We had our dog with us and the backyard is fully fenced in and very private 5) Location is amazing, close to Federal Hwy and Oakland Park Blvd minutes to the beaches along A1A If you are looking for a perfect vacation spot or going off the grid to enjoy a relaxing private outdoor living space this is the right booking for you. The vibe and flow of this property is a “happy daze” for sure. Thank you to host David for a great getaway.

This property is perfect for a family wanting to relax in the pool yet super close to the local beaches. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by. The property was wonderful and comfortable.

Backyard is Wonderful!
Communication before our stay was great. All of our questions were answered. Location was perfect for our morning walks. It was a short car ride or Uber to Lauderdale by the Sea or Los Olas Blvd. Grocery store was right around the corner. The back yard is what made our stay so wonderful. The pool was spotless and heated to a very comfortable temperature. The covered porch was where we spend each morning drinking coffee. There was also a relaxing area with lounge chairs for sitting in the sun. Inside, we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay at this home again. Fort Lauderdale Stays Vacation Home Rentals was so easy to work with.

Wonderful!
This was our first trip to Florida. We were wonderfully surprised by all the advantages of the residence. The backyard was simply magical. I highly recommend Happy Daze, a unique and very pleasant experience. Honestly I would go back for a month next year!!

Excellent Property!
Stayed for a month. This house was clean and well appointed. Management was very responsive. The outdoor area and pool are terrific. The location is very good- near lots of stuff but on a quiet street. I highly recommend this property. We would stay there again.

Definately the Best!
We have been staying at rental properties over Christmas in the FLL area for the last 4 years and this property was definitely the best. The house looked exactly like the pictures and it was impeccably maintained. Plus they thought of everything…multi-port chargers on the nightstands, every kitchen gadget and utensils you would need, ample garbage bags, tissues, toilet paper, dish detergent, everything. Extra towels and pillows, and extra sheets and blankets wrapped in plastic in the closets. There were restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes of the house and you could easily walk to some of them. The weather didn’t really cooperate with us this trip, but there were beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage. All in all, we were very pleased with this house and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful!!! Everything from the communication with the host to how beautiful the place was. The pictures don’t do it justice! You can tell that the owner put a lot of love into decorating the place and making it what it is. It has a lot of beautiful decorations and art. The place was extremely clean - kudos to the housekeeping team. Everything in the house worked and we had everything we could possibly need from an Airbnb. The communication with both David and Leo was very timely and they were both extremely responsive and helpful. We even had Leo come to the house to help solve an issue we were having with the Xfinity box he was able to fix it quickly. The place is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by luscious Floridian nature and super close to amazing restaurants, bakeries, coffee places, grocery stores, shopping areas and the beach. I need more than 1000 characters to express how much we loved our stay at this place. We will absolutely return!

A Little Gem!
Happy Daze was our home away from home while our house was undergoing renovations. It was the perfect sanctuary for us. One that provided the comfort of home and also the feeling of getting away. Our host David was very responsive, attentive and accommodating, especially when we had to move our check out date one time too many. For anyone traveling to the Ft. Lauderdale area, this house is a little gem; close to the beach, excellent shopping, groceries and great restaurants.

Best listing I’ve ever stayed in hands down. I would say it’s better than the pictures. David’s home is modern, spotless and comfortable. The amenities are spot on and the way they manage their property is top notch. We will definitely stay again.

Pleasant and Comfy!
My family and I just recently sold our house in Hollywood Fl and needed a more long-term stay for the month during the transition. We chose this house because of the great central location, the spacious layout, and of course the amazing outdoor area. The house overall was great and the host provided the house with plenty of amenities ( trash bags, toilet paper, detergent, throw blankets, towels, dishes ect.) which was much appreciated and helpful after a stressful move. The bathrooms are a bit small but the rest of the house makes up for it in space and comfort. Overall, I would definitely stay again and found the overall experience pleasant and comfy.

This Place is Great!!!!
This place is great! And exactly as beautiful as pictured!! David has added so many thoughtful touches like: super convenient keyless entry for easy check-in, a blender, several styles of glassware, a hair dryer, k cups provided for coffee, shampoo in the outdoor shower, really nice beach chairs & cooler, lots of extra towels, tons of fridge space with a separate little beer fridge outside and even a separate wine fridge!!! David was also a super responsive and helpful host! We happened to run out of propane for the BBQ and he was there with a new tank, faster than we could have driven to go get some! And now, he has two tanks under the grill! The backyard, grill and pool space is super comfortable, and really made our trip! Highly recommend!!
